A New Development by Dr. Fauci in regards to a new vaccine that is said to be responsible for a number of deaths. It is said that individuals who have taken this vaccine have ended up with a purple rash. The topic at hand is in regards to the new discovery by Dr. Fauci.

  • According to Iran, since the medication was found with an english speaking note, then it should be presumed that the biggest players are the United States, United Kingdom, and New Zealand. To narrow it down further, Iran believes the biggest culprits are the United States and the United Kingdom, especially since in the United Kingdom, big strides have been made for a vaccine. In all, Iran believes that there should be a push for the United States and the United Kingdom to do an internal investigation for these deaths.

  • Pakistan believes that three things should be done: 1.) Since there are some samples of the vaccine, these samples should be sent to the investigation committee for further inspection, 2.) An investigation of these deaths needs to occur, and 3.) Investigate whether the vaccines have anything to do with research in the United Kingdom, the United States, and New Zealand.

  • France opposes the points made by Iran, as it isn’t “fair” to condemn english speaking countries just because the label is in english.

  • France: “The culprits can be anyone.”

  • As noted by the United Kingdom, the working papers established by the United States and New Zealand does a great job on how to capture the possible producers and the next steps that should be taken, and should be passed in conjunction.

  • United States: “English is the most spoken language, second to the Chinese language, especially in the medical profession. The United States does agree with Iran, however, and will conduct its own investigation on who the manufacturer is, so that they may lower the spread.”

  • The apprehension of producers directive that is sponsored by Russia, has five signatories and 2 sponsors. The directive by Russian is to try to catch the producers and people selling the vaccines, as the people who buy the vaccines are victims that run the possibility of being infected.

  • Japan: It is important to note, especially towards the motions made by France, that english is an international language, but most importantly the international language of trade”

  • Japan initiates the idea of an additional (third) clause to the directive that requests autopsies be done for all five deceased victims, so a cause can be in order.

  • United Kingdom: “While it is difficult and controversial on my part to say for sure, the vaccine was made for people who spoke english, as you wouldn’t give instructions in english to a country that doesn’t speak english.”

UNSC

--Motion regarding to adjustments in directive “New Start: 2.0”--

  • Russia demonstrated favor of New Start 2.0 as it covered all their allies, and offered a diplomatic path for terrorists to leave peacefully. With surveillance, nations have the ability to find out who the terrorists are, without impeding the sovereignty of other nations. With New Start 2.0, Russia believes that millions of deaths will be prevented, thus saving more lives.

  • On the other hand, Tunisia voted not in favor of New Start 2.0, as they believe it is very unrealistic to be able to come up with only diplomatic solutions. There is zero diplomacy and zero compromise with terrorist groups. In addition, Tunisia believes that the new directive will not be successful as the nations are unaware of where the terrorist groups are now, and do not know anything about them.

  • The new directive is vetoed by United Kingdom

  • In an unmoderated session, the United Kingdom expresses the reasons for the decisions were that the main core of the bill did not align with their views. The United Kingdom would rather not and adamantly opposed negotiation with any terrorist group. Even more so, any inaction will pose risk to an attack.

  • France clarifies the concerns of the United Kingdom that the goal of the bill wasn’t to work with terrorist groups, but rather to go the diplomatic route, then enter military intervention, if the opposing group is unwilling to cooperate.

  • Tunisia offers an idea for a new directive which would include allocation to nations to project nuclear energy more as the nations are interested in expanding budgets in those areas.
